Please read these submission notes - they are important.

The directory is for listing individual accommodations, and is not for listing third party accommodation directories or groups, however narrow the scope. Groups, such as hotel chains, may submit their accommodations, of course, provided that each accommodation is submitted individually, and with its own details. The group website can be used for each of the accommodations, and, if each accommodation has its own page, those website urls are prefered.

There is no charge for a listing in the directory, and there is no system for preferential listings.

Any type of accommodation can be added freely to the directory, provided that it is only for short-term rental, and not for sale or lease. E.g. hotels, guest houses, b&bs, holiday accommodations, etc.

An accommodation does not need to have a website or an email address to be added to the directory, although having a website will always help with bookings.

If there is no existing county or town/city category for your accommodation type, submit the details just the same. The categories will be added along with the accommodation.

If an accommodation is normally only available for certain parts of the year, please say so in the Description, because we will not remove a listing when its time is up every year - that would be too much like work.

If your accommodation type is not listed on the front page, please use the let us know which accommodation type is missing.

We do not add listings at the Country or County levels.

"Accommodation type(s)"
Many accommodations can be described as various types. E.g. caravan parks often offer camping facilities, farm holidays sometimes offer bed and breakfast, and so on. On the other hand, campsites and caravan parks are obviously self-catering, but people who are looking for self-catering accommodation are not looking for campsites or caravan parks. If your accommodation genuinely fits more than one type, then select each type in the form, and it will be listed under those types. Please do not abuse of this feature as it will result in the accommodation being permanently removed from the directory.

Multiple accommodations
If you have multiple accommodations, covering a wider area than one town/city, submit each accommodation individually, and, if you have one website for them all, enter the url for each accommodation's page on your site in the "Website url" field. Deep links to each accommodation's page within the site are preferred.
